Aww Steele...go out and meet more women!
I like cooking but I roll solo so it's not always in my best interests to make extravagant meals. Plus, I like down south cooking...I put pork in everything (yeah that's corn n' bacon...it's GOOD). Yeah I sprinkled bacon on that chocolate cake. it's salty and sweet!
let me stop before ppl think I am crazy.

My best dish is southern fried pork chops, mac n cheese (4 cheeses baked), collards, and corn bread. But I KNOW you don't eat like that huh?

What I do notice is that men don't like to make deserts. If you and Mic Mountain have a cook off session a la Iron Chef, I'll come through with the desert.

I am glad to see that the food industry has gone far at what is suprese, many people use to ask me why did I want to be a chef I always tell them passion. I have traveled the golbe cooking owning my own catering business , culinary instructor for the art institute, and has worked for top chefs. Cooking is theraputic. I know we eat to live & live to eat. Food is sexy, and to the inspiring chef out there who wants to get into the business, remeber it's long hours, commitment, and sacrfices. It pays off at the end
